About the speakers

Louis Wustemann, HSEQ Expert

Louis is a freelance writer focusing on health, safety, environment and quality. His most recent work includes the Achilles whitepaper, Quality Management and Corporate Social Responsibility, an ideal partnership.

Hannah Godfrey, General Manager, PRI Europe

Hannah joined PRI in 2007 as European Scheduling Coordinator for the Nadcap program. In 2009 Hannah took on a new challenge by moving to PRI’s Professional Development department and taking responsibility for the PRI Training program in Europe.  Her role was then expanded to include the global management of the industry-managed critical process personnel qualification program, PRI Qualification. In 2010, Hannah was at the forefront of the creation of a critical process accreditation program for the medical device industry now known as MedAccred and was a program co-lead until she assumed her current role of General Manager, PRI Europe in 2017.

Hannah now manages PRI’s European operations which includes offices in London and Derby and provides European support for PRI’s portfolio of programs. She leads business development activities in Europe and is responsible for European customer support activities and developing and maintaining industry relations. Hannah also manages PRI’s global Professional Development team which delivers highly popular training to support the Nadcap program through PRI Training and she continues to lead the PRI Qualification program.

Adam Whitfield, Quality Assurance & Audit Programme Manager, Achilles

Adam has over 10 years of management system and site audit experience having visited companies across the world on behalf of our customers in a variety of sectors. Over the past three years Adam has supported the development and implementation of our Responsible Sourcing and Labour Practice Audit programmes. As well as auditing experience Adam is responsible for the implementation of global management system processes against international standards for Achilles, and is passionate about raising standards in Quality Management.
