Action Plans FAQ

1. Who can see an Action Plan?

Each Action Plan is private to the buyer and supplier involved. It is not visible to other buying organisations or suppliers across the Achilles network.

2.What types of findings can be managed through Action Plans?

Achilles buyer customers can create Action Plans in response to assessment weaknesses, audit non-conformances, missing or expired evidence, compliance gaps, process weaknesses and requirements specific to their organisation.

3. Does Action Plans replace supplier assessments or audits?

No. Action Plans does not assess, audit or score suppliers. It provides the structured follow-through needed once an assessment, audit, due-diligence review or buyer-specific requirement has identified something that should be addressed.

4. Do suppliers pay for action plans?

It is a buyer-led module where buyers can define what is required, set deadlines, communicate privately with suppliers and review evidence through to completion. Supplier access is enabled automatically for free when a buyer creates an Action Plan for them.
