Achilles Live Sydney in partnership with The Business End

Join Achilles for an evening of conversation, cocktails and canapés in Sydney. Achilles Live brings together leaders from international rugby, business, workplace safety, procurement and supply chain risk to explore how high-performing organisations prepare for uncertainty and protect their people, operations and performance.
Why this conversation matters
Workforce safety, contractor compliance and supplier performance are no longer separate conversations. Together, they now sit at the centre of operational resilience. As AI changes how decisions are made, the quality of the underlying information matters more than ever. So do the leadership, trust and judgement that technology cannot replace.
Few environments test these qualities like international rugby. Players make fast decisions under intense pressure, rely on each other and recover quickly when things go wrong. The best squads build this capability long before match day through preparation, clear accountability and a culture of trust.
