Achilles has been appointed by NCP, the UK’s number one car park operator, to provide risk and performance management services across NCP’s supply chain.
Selected after a rigorous competitive tender process, Achilles will be working as a partner with NCP to enhance and support the NCP procurement strategy, which is based on the principles of Customer, People and Process. The ability to effectively manage risk as well as easily source sustainably were key drivers behind the decision to appoint Achilles: the intuitive platform together with the best in class audit capability will enable NCP to improve standards within the supply chain.
NCP will be using Achilles’ market leading supplier insights dashboard to benchmark supplier performance data and compliance levels across a number of key indicators, including health and safety, labour practices, and ESG. Every NCP supplier [will be required to use the Achilles system] and the information they provide will result in an Achilles score, resulting in better risk management and enhanced visibility of suppliers across the NCP supply chain.
