This is a half-day course designed to analyse and provide delegates with an understanding of the proposals in the latest version of the Procurement Bill for the reform of Regulated Procurement Law. The course will address Procedures, Open Contracting, changes to exclusions, selection and award criteria. The course will also address treatment modifications to concluded contracts and proposed changes to Procurement tools such as Frameworks and the introduction of Dynamic Markets, the place of DPSs and Qualification Systems.
