Our RFI (request for information) module is an additional online tool for assessing supplier capabilities for specific contracts. It helps you reduce the number of potential suppliers to a manageable shortlist and ensure that you’re inviting the right suppliers to tender. Once you’ve created a shortlist with our search and filter tools, you can then develop a number of further contract-specific qualification questions for suppliers to answer before you invite them to tender. You define questions and response types, targeted suppliers and closing dates.

Our RFI tracks, scores and compares responses and allows you to qualify or non-qualify suppliers in single or multi-round events. The tool then stores the details, questions and responses from each event for re-use, reference or as an auditable record.
