What can we expect in the new legislation that will replace the Public Contracts Regulations and other procurement regulations shortly? This week the Government published its formal response to its consultations on its Green Paper proposals on this. The response explains which of its proposals will now be taken forward and which not.

Join our free webinar on December 15th with Professor Sue Arrowsmith – who was on the Government’s Advisory Committee for the Green Paper – for an informed expert analysis of what the response means in practice.
