The last year has seen many new cases in the UK courts that affect the way that procurement procedures must be conducted by public authorities and utilities, as well as cases of the European Court of Justice that are still relevant to interpreting the UK procurement Regulations. As well as important issues arising from Covid-19 procurement, such as how to conduct negotiated procedures and when these procedures can be used for urgent situations, the new case law covers a range of other practical topics, such as debriefing, framework agreements and contracts divided into lots.

Join our webinar with Professor Sue Arrowsmith, Professor Emerita at the University of Nottingham, to learn about these latest cases and their pratical implications, as well as for a brief update on the timetable for the current legislative reform programme following the Green Paper.
