As Regional Director in SEU, Eva provides the vision and leadership to her team to deliver the strategic objective of transforming Achilles into a world class organisation. Eva finds it rewarding to help other companies become more and more aware of the importance of creating a better and greener world. She tries to boost a winning mindset and inspire others to be the driver for positive change and is proud of working with such a passionate and committed team.
Lessons from the past
Eva started her professional career by working as Associated Professor at Complutense University. Speaking several romance languages, that she practiced dealing with customers at the Adolfo Suárez Barajas Airport, was key to the thriving delivery of her first project at Achilles multiplying by 10 the number of suppliers with H&S documentation. As Operations Director she managed to improve Services Level Agreements in the region in less than 3 months, designing and implementing processes to drastically reduce costs and efforts, consistently replicated nowadays. Eva successfully led the Repro revamp, reconducted implemented successful projects for new customers, and managed to coordinate teams to have a regular and consistent reporting. Eva holds a PhD degree from the Complutense University- Madrid, having spent research stays at Oxford University, La Sapienza University – Rome and Bologna University.
Away from work
Eva loves reading, writing essays, watching Netflix shows, travelling around the world, singing in the rain and designing houses (that might or might not be built).
