Lessons from the past
A passionate advocate for diversity and equality in the workplace. Prior to joining Achilles, he spent a decade in the HR services industry leading local and regional HR and Sales functions at RGF Staffing (formerly USG People). He started his professional career by working on European projects as Researcher at the University of Alcalá – Centre for European Studies and Associate Professor at the Antonio de Nebrija University; non-practising lawyer, member of the Guadalajara Bar Association, Fermin holds a Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration from CEU-University of Alcalá and a Master’s degree in European Union Law from University of Alcalá.
Away from work
Fermin, inveterate reader, lives in Madrid and enjoys the many venues hosting exhibitions and cultural events and the city’s rich cultural heritage.
