Achilles Analytics 2.1

Achilles Analytics 2.1

Clearer insight to manage risk, compliance, and ESG with confidence

Supply chains are becoming more complex, more regulated, and more exposed to global disruption. Since the launch of Achilles Analytics in 2025, the platform has continued to evolve to help organisations strengthen oversight, anticipate risk, and make better-informed decisions across their supplier networks.

Achilles Analytics 2.1 is now live, introducing deeper insight, enhanced ESG intelligence, and more effective tools for supplier engagement.

Strengthen ESG governance and audit readiness

As regulatory expectations increase, sustainability and risk teams are often asked to evidence progress over time, even when supplier relationships change. Losing access to historical data can create gaps in reporting and undermine confidence during audits.

Analytics 2.1 enables organisations to access historical data from suppliers where a buyer–supplier relationship previously existed, even if that supplier has since expired. This continuity supports long-term ESG governance, audit readiness, and more credible sustainability reporting.

Gain clear visibility of global and local supply chain exposure

Understanding supply chain risk increasingly depends on geography. While most organisations know who their suppliers are, visibility often stops at a registered trading address, leaving operational exposure hidden.

Analytics 2.1 expands location insight across supplier operations worldwide, including factories, offices, distribution centres, and service locations. This broader view helps procurement and risk teams identify concentration risk, strengthen resilience planning, and improve oversight of environmental and human rights exposure.

Identify risk earlier and respond with confidence

Global risk conditions can shift quickly, and supply chain intelligence needs to keep pace. Many organisations still rely on reactive monitoring, learning about issues only after disruption has occurred.

With Analytics 2.1, enhanced reporting brings greater visibility into emerging risks. Organisations can assess geographic risk exposure, surface adverse media affecting suppliers, and identify entities flagged for legal, regulatory, or reputational concerns. The result is earlier awareness and more time to act before issues escalate.

Turn carbon data into meaningful supplier action

Sustainability teams are under growing pressure to demonstrate progress on decarbonisation, not just measurement. Collecting carbon data is only the first step, engagement is where change happens.

The new Carbon Engagement Report highlights suppliers actively working to reduce their carbon footprint. This helps organisations focus collaboration where it matters most, accelerate emissions reduction across the supply chain, and recognise suppliers making measurable progress.

Increase supplier participation with less manual effort

Engaging suppliers at scale can quickly become resource-intensive, particularly when response tracking relies on manual processes. Low visibility into participation can slow programmes and dilute impact.

Analytics 2.1 enhances Request Information reporting by automatically consolidating supplier response rates and engagement performance. This reduces administrative effort, shortens follow-up cycles, and provides clearer insight into how suppliers are engaging across initiatives.

Accelerate onboarding with a complete supplier view

Onboarding and qualifying suppliers often involves fragmented information, duplicated effort, and limited visibility across teams or regions.

Analytics 2.1 introduces a unified 360 Supplier View, bringing together suppliers you have invited with those already registered through other Achilles customers. This consolidated perspective reduces duplication, improves transparency during qualification, and supports more confident onboarding decisions from the outset.

These enhancements, alongside improvements to dashboards and key event visibility, are now available in Achilles Analytics 2.1.
