Sebastien Roussotte
CEO
Sebastien Roussotte joined Achilles as Chief Executive Officer in June 2026, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in enterprise software across capital markets, asset management, and data-driven risk and analytics businesses.
He has extensive experience working across international software organisations during periods of growth, transformation and expansion, with a focus on strategy, product development and commercial execution. Prior to joining Achilles, Sebastien was CEO of GRESB, where he led a global organisation providing ESG data, benchmarking and analytics for real estate assets. Before that, he served as CEO of Style Analytics, an investment analytics software provider serving institutional investors worldwide.
Earlier in his career, Sebastien held senior executive roles at Finastra, including General Manager of the Investment Management Division and Managing Director of Global and Strategic Accounts, where he was responsible for international business units and contributed to sustained revenue growth. He also held leadership positions at Sophis and Thomson Reuters, overseeing large-scale product, commercial and operational teams, alongside complex acquisitions and integrations.
Across these roles, Sebastien has focused on scaling software businesses and strengthening the link between data, technology and decision-making, helping organisations improve performance and deliver long-term value.
