Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm with more than 52,000 professionals operating across 60 countries, has entered into a partnership with Achilles to structure its supplier approval process as a first step toward a more efficient, traceable model aligned with its strategic objectives.
In the initial phase, Cushman & Wakefield will focus on strengthening its supplier approval process with an emphasis on ESG assessment, creating a foundation for the progressive achievement of broader strategic goals. The evaluation will be based on Achilles’ scoring methodology, supported by expert organisations in the field and consolidated through a working group of major clients, who contributed the extensive expertise of their Sustainability teams. In addition to documentary evidence covering the three core pillars of sustainability, the assessment also includes criteria related to criminal compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy. This approach adds further rigour to the model and provides suppliers with a detailed improvement-focused report.
After assessing various market options, Cushman & Wakefield selected Achilles for its close collaboration model, professionalism, and ability to adapt processes to the specific requirements of each geography. The solution will enable the centralisation of critical supplier information, the establishment of consistent approval criteria, and the creation of a more structured and scalable approach to risk management.
“For our Asset Services department at Cushman & Wakefield, prioritising tools that help us work in a more agile and professional way is essential, with a strong focus on digitalisation while maintaining the flexibility our clients require. Our collaboration with Achilles reinforces this commitment and allows us to move toward a more robust, efficient, and well-prepared model to support our partners and clients with confidence,” said Alberto Garcia, Head of Technical Services at Cushman & Wakefield.
“The trust placed in us by a global firm such as Cushman & Wakefield reinforces our commitment to delivering tailored, close-working solutions grounded in deep knowledge of each sector and territory. We are excited to support this next phase in the evolution of their supply chain, helping to identify and reduce risk,” said Eva Lezcano, Regional Director for Southern Europe at Achilles.
