This is a half-day course designed to analyse and provide delegates with an understanding of the proposals in the Government’s Green Paper for the reform of Public Procurement Law. The course will address Procedures, Open Contracting, changes to exclusions, selection and award criteria. The course will also address treatment of modifications to concluded contracts and proposed changes to Frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS).

This course is intended for procurement practitioners, contract managers, finance and other operational stakeholders, who wish to understand how the proposed changes may impact on the conduct of future Public Procurement.
