Notices published in OJEU

17 May 2019 - Online training

Notices published in OJEU have legal significance and it is therefore very important to understand the purpose and meaning of each section of a notice, together with any rules imposed by the Public Contracts Regulations.

In this training session, we look at a public sector contract notice and contract award notice field by field with an explanation of the purpose of each field together with associated rules from the regulations where appropriate.

If time allows, then further notices will be reviewed, such as a prior information notice (PIN) and/or a VEAT notice.

Although this training session considers the public sector forms under the Public Contracts Regulations, it also has much relevance for the utilities sector as those notices are very similar

Who should attend?

This course is aimed at any procurement practitioners, advisors, tender administrators and lawyers who may be party to the creation and sending of notices to OJEU.
