Competitive Dialogue Procedure

16 Apr 2020 - Met Office, Exeter

This course is designed to provide delegates with a practical approach to compliantly negotiating under the EU regulatory framework of procurement rules. Negotiation is a skill that demands the knowledge and application of effective negotiation theory and the use of the right tactics and techniques to deliver the best possible outcomes.
