COVID-19 Message from our CEO

We live in extraordinary times.  The world has changed beyond recognition in the last weeks, and the global business community has had to adapt in ways we could not have previously imagined.  There is tremendous resilience across industry, and I know that our customers, both buyers and suppliers, will face challenges in the road ahead. Achilles has been in business for 30 years – over these years, we have weathered industry and financial crises, supporting customers and working together with you to keep doing business, to keep suppliers connected with buyers, and to keep facilitating supply chains that perform in the face of adversity.

I wanted to write to reassure you that at Achilles, we have taken all the appropriate action to ensure that our services continue without interruption.  We are well positioned to manage the disruption, with all our business activity able to take place in a ‘virtual’ environment, enabling us to keep our team safe and our customers doing business.

Over the next few days, we’ll be reaching out to you to gather vital information on how industry is responding.  In these challenging times, I would be grateful if you would participate, so we can build a picture of the supply chains the world depends on and how they are performing in these uncertain times.
