The Procurement Act 2023 Regulated Academy <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Regulated Procurement Academy has been developed to improve delegates understanding of the Procurement Objectives associated with the Procurement Act 2023 and how they translate into legislation and applying them in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Procurement does not take place in a legal vacuum and the Academy reflects that the Procurement rules are only part of the wider picture. Hence the Academy explains what the legislative rules mean in a practical sense that is easy to understand, and which is of daily relevance.<\/p>\n\n\n
