By registering on Verify, suppliers and contractors will gain a clear understanding of the industry’s requirements. The assessments generate detailed reports of the company’s capabilities that can be used both as an aid to sourcing for the Utilities but also as valuable guidance on improvements for the company being assessed.
Do you employ more than 20 staff or sub-contractors? Are you or do you wish to be, a contractor working on operational sites owned by the Utilities?
If “yes” then you should apply for Verify Category B2 enabling you to demonstrate first hand your capabilities in meeting the requirements
of the Utilities for delivering your services on their sites.
This means:
- A Verify assessor will visit your offices to evaluate your management
systems. The evaluation will then be followed by an assessment of
the implementation of your management systems at a working site,
on a later day
- The working site assessment will be annual, while the management
systems evaluation will take place every 2 years
- Your company will be scored against set criteria and benchmarked
against the industry average.
In addition to the above, the Verify Category B2 Fast-Track Option* includes:
- Completion of the full Verify process in the minimum time
- We aim to complete the entire verification process within ten
working days from the date of the office visit.
NOTE: The Fast-Track option is often used to meet tight deadlines during tender processes.
