UVDB Verify

• After registration on to the scheme, you will receive a copy of the Management System Evaluation (MSE) questionnaire and guidance notes.
• A UVDB Verify Assessor, meeting the standards set out by the Steering Group and licensed to the scheme, will be assigned to offer guidance.
• Participants for verification will submit supporting data, along with their completed questionnaire.  Participants are also offered additional services such as the Optional Office Visit or Fast-track options.
• A visit to a relevant site will be agreed to further verify the capability of the organisation.
• After a consultation between the assessor and the supplier, focused on the outcome of the process, executive summaries, scores and a full report will be made available through Achilles.com to all subscribing members.
• The verification will remain on-line for a period of one year.
• Interim assessments can be undertaken at any time within this period, at your request.
