RTAS is a Rail Training and Assessment Scheme within the rail sector of Achilles Information Limited, providing audit services for training and assessment companies and approval for additional skills.
There are three core elements to the scheme:
- Pre-qualification audit for your company to become approved followed by an annual audit.
- Your trainers are audited on a regular basis.
- If you want to increase your company and individual skill base you can apply for additional competencies.
These three elements will give you and your company accreditation in order for you to work within RTAS in conjunction with Network Rail.
