Nigerian Content is the quantum of composite value added to, or created in, the Nigerian economy through the deliberate utilization of Nigerian human and material resources and services in the exploration, development, exploitation, transportation and sale of Nigerian crude oil and gas resources resulting in the development of indigenous capabilities, and to encourage foreign investment and participation, without compromising quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
All oil and gas companies in Nigeria will use NJQS as the key tool for identifying current and potential suppliers when awarding contracts or purchase orders.
NJQS will also provide the ability to monitor the Nigeria Content of awarded contracts.
Achilles Nigeria is helping to implement the Nigerian Content Monitoring process by providing the process flow, tools , platform , procedures to monitor, facilitate and track its operation.
