By standardising the pre-qualification process, suppliers registered on UVDB benefit from a significant reduction in the time and effort associated with completing pre-qualification documents. Through the completion of the single online UVDB questionnaire suppliers can pre-qualify for work with over 50 utility companies and their partners.
Sellihca - Nordic Utility Qualification System and Vendor Database - is a unique collaboration between utilities in the Nordic countries. The participating utilities use the system to provide information and to select suppliers when buying goods, services and works.
Some of the principal Spanish and Portuguese companies operating in areas such as electricity, gas, oil, water and shipbuilding, with the objective of having a registration tool to register effectively their suppliers and vendors, have agreed to establish a common system the Registro de Proveedores RePro. This database is open to participation from all companies operating in similar areas depending on the works; products and services demanded and is continually updated, objective, and non-discriminatory.
The APUG SIS is the supplier registration and pre-qualification system used by all APUG Members to source and pre-qualify suppliers and contractors. The APUG SIS provides APUG Members with a single focal point for the collection and sharing of supplier information, reducing costs, time and administrative workload for suppliers and buyers.
Utilities across Germany, Central and Eastern Europe use Connexio to find and pre-qualify suppliers. Connexio Utility is an on-line service and holds comprehensive, regularly updated verified supplier information. The service is designed to meet utility companies’ key procurement requirements.
