By joining the Certified Emissions Measurement and Reduction Scheme (CEMARS) early adopter programme you are registering your intention to sign up to the CEMARS programme during the first three months of it going live in the UK (scheduled to run from July, August, September 2008). As early adopters you will have a reserved place on the programme, access to early adopter web pages offering guidance resources for your preparations, priority booking for audit and registration as a member of the supplier’s user group.
