The suppliers' system ProSP will be launched on the 14th of July giving service to Egmasa,
(Environmental Management Company) public company of Andalucia.
Achilles in Spain will take charge, through this electronic management a system, of requesting the suppliers the whole documentation corresponding to personnel, material, economics and technical aspects related to the services or products that they offer.
ProSP will allow suppliers to prepare the administrative documentation demanded in every licitation, and in consequence saving of time in the search of administrative documents, last-minute renovations or accreditations in the presentation of offers. In addition, Egmasa will use ProSP, as an updated information source, in the process of qualification and suppliers' selection for their tenders.
ProSP is born with a spirit of service towards the suppliers and to support a complete and updated information of all of them in order to be used together by the principal companies of the public sector in Andalucia that join the system in the future.
