Supplier Information: Email alerts of Contract Opportunities matched to Achilles profile
The Achilles Notice for Suppliers service will continue uninterrupted during the code transition process. This service provides suppliers registered with Achilles Supplier Management Systems an automated email of contract opportunities based upon a mapping between Achilles product codes and the extensive CPV system adopted by the EU. Achilles have taken the hard work of selecting CPV codes away – by mapping direct to your registration codes with Achilles.
Over the last few months Achilles have been re-mapping the coding schemes in use to the new CPV codes. Achilles will make the last distribution of Notices based upon the old CPV codes on the 16th September 2008 and will then make the first distribution of Notices using the new CPV codes on the 17th September 2008. Achilles recommend suppliers review their profile during this period.
