Glenn Fletcher is Director of EU Legislation for Achilles Information Limited and has responsibility for developing and delivering new training services for public procurement professionals, through In-house and public training courses, for several large organisations, including the Law firms, Central and local government and several overseas projects. More
Liz Wilson-Lamb is a EU Advisor and Trainer, working closely alongside Glenn Fletcher in the EU Legislation team within Achilles. She has worked within the regulated procurement sector for over three years, previously responsible for account management and training with the company’s utility sector. More
Steve Kay, EU Advisor and Trainer, has worked in the public sector for some 20 years, (in the NHS, the Environment Agency and in local government) and additionally, several years experience in procurement in industry. A fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, Steve advises THEMiS clients on EU Procurement legislation. More
Simon Butt, EU Consultant, has worked in public procurement for 28 years; he was previously a buyer in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Until March 2011, he was responsible for procurement compliance at the Environment Agency, which he joined in 1992. More
Susie Smith has worked in both private practice and local government as a commercial solicitor specialising in tendering and procurement. She advises a wide range of public and private sector clients in the UK and further afield on commercial contracting and related public law and procurement issues. More
Bethan Evans heads Bevan Brittan's Communities and Local Government Team. She has been a partner with the firm for 9 years following her move from public sector legal practice. She has over 20 years' experience in local government having worked as a lawyer for four councils in different roles including as Monitoring Officer and Returning Officer. More
Sue Arrowsmith is Achilles Professor of Public Procurement Law and Policy at the University of Nottingham, where she is also Director of the Public Procurement Research Group and of the School’s postgraduate Executive programme in Public Procurement Law and Policy. More
Gail Wilson, EU Service Manager, has worked on the EU Services department for over 10 years and works closely with Glenn Fletcher in the project management of Achilles EU procurement system THEMiS. Gail delivers THEMiS training and advises on common issues and advice on completing notices to THEMiS clients.
Laura Taylor is EU Account Manager for Universities, NHS Trust and emergency services. Laura has worked within private and public sector for several years.
Holly Cooney is EU Account Manager for Central and Local Government and Housing Associations. Holly has worked within private and public sector for several years.
Jayne Wellman, EU Administrator, works closely with the team offering assistance to Achilles EU clients. Jayne supports the EU team and THEMiS users in using the system.
