Achilles is committed to providing high quality services and tools for its customers. As part of this commitment, we have invested considerable time and effort into achieving a number of internationally recognised standards.

Quality Management SystemBSI logo

Achilles’ headquarters was first awarded BSI accreditation in 2000. In 2006, this was expanded to include the company’s Aberdeen office under BS EN ISO 9001:2000 certification.

The British Standards Institution (BSI) is one of the world's leading standards and quality services organisations. Formed in 1901 and incorporated under Royal Charter in 1929, BSI is the oldest national standards body in the world.

To receive this accreditation, Achilles had to demonstrate agreed standards in the operation and management of its online supplier and purchaser information systems. These included pre-qualification, verification, EU procurement and compliance information, contract opportunities notification, and contract management.

Microsoft Certified Gold Partner

Achilles can also claim Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Status, having demonstrated through a strict accreditation process that it meets the computer company’s stringent quality standards. Achilles first achieved this top-level status in 2006, and successfully renewed its partnership in 2008, after proving that it continues to meet Microsoft’s exacting standards.
