Supplier Management and Development

Each supplier database offers a dedicated area where company specific information can be administered and which is only accessible for the own organisation. The module “Supplier Management and Development” as part of the dedicated area enables the buyers to register new suppliers (for example organisations met on a trade fair) and add company specific information about this supplier. The buyer can also copy already registered or pre-qualified suppliers from the database shared with the other buying organisation into this module to register the development of the supplier.  An open interface allows to transfer the data to the organisations’ back office system (SAP or Oracle).

eQual – Request for Information (RFI)

e-Qual is an online tool that enables buyers to request additional information from suppliers by simply creating additional questionnaires online. In general, buyers use e-Qual if the information provided by the suppliers via the questionnaire is inadequate to shorten the list of potential suppliers. However you can also use e-Qual to check if already pre-qualified suppliers comply with company specific or tender specific requirements.
