As a participating organisation you will have access to Sellihca from the start. Choose a number of people within your organization that should have access to Sellihca and utilize the system for identifying potential suppliers and managing information on your existing suppliers. Achilles then invites your suppliers, validate and approve all information before submitting them into the system. Identify potential suppliers
Since the procurement professionals will have access to all gathered supplier information you will easily identify and survey potential suppliers that fit your particular needs.
You can also identify suppliers globally. With Sellihca you will have access to Achilles Global Business Directory which contains already prequalified suppliers in other countries.
Select among supplier data
The different search functions make it easy to identify suppliers that comply with your specific requirements. You can, among others, search on goods and services, financial information, quality and environmental standards, ethical principles and references. This will result in a list that can be used as a conclusive tender list or a first step for further inquiry of information.
To monitor
It is our objective that you always can access valid and meaningful information. Therefore the supplier information is updated once a year. Through our monitoring service we can see changes in the system. Changes made by the supplier are verified carefully by Achilles. If the supplier does not comply with the current requirements we contact the supplier.
By implementing a dedicated area exclusively for your organisation you will also have the possibility to submit your own information on top of the general information. In this dedicated area you can administer/maintain your internal information such as contracts, tenders or developments of the suppliers.
