Annual update
The qualification is valid for 12 months, and must be renewed to maintain a continuous qualification. The supplier will automatically receive a reminder about the annual qualification update. The annual fee is based on the number of product and service codes a supplier wishes to register against. See the current pricing
The participating transport organisations might demand that a supplier has to be qualified during the whole agreement period. Examples of such suppliers are the Norwegian Jernbaneverket and the Swedish Trafikverket.
Partial Update
Qualified suppliers can at any time during the qualification period update the information in the questionnaire. A supplier orders an update and can then make changes in the online questionnaire.
An additional fee will be changed if a supplier wishes to increase the number of product and service codes. An update without increasing the number of codes is free of charge. Order partial update (pdf)
Updating contact information
Qualified suppliers always have the possibility to change name and address in the questionnaire. These updates are free of charge.
