Suppliers who wish to qualify in Sellihca system return their order form to Sellihca Qualification along with their pre-payment. Qualification material is forwarded as soon as the payment, or a bank receipt is received.
Costs
Sellihca is a subscription-based service where the annual fee (ranging from NOK 3900 to NOK 7900) is based upon the number of product/service codes chosen. Order registration here (order form).

The qualification is normally valid for 12 months, and must be renewed within the expiry to maintain continuous qualification. The supplier automatically receives an invitation to update the registration in due time. The annual fee accrues at each annual update.
Additional updates are performed at the suppliers own discretion and initiative and are free of charge (order form partial update).
Terms of Payment
The qualification material is payable in advance as specified on the order form. Our invoice confirming receipt of the qualification fee is forwarded along with the material.
If an advance invoice is required this must be written explicitly on the order form.

Supplier Requirements:
To achieve qualification the supplier must:
- perform sales in his own name
- state financial key figures
- be up-to-date with the payment of imposed taxes and fees
- have adhered to the legal requirements with regard to the submittal of last year's Annual Report and Accounts to the appropriate authorities.
- not be in debt-settlement proceedings or in any other respect be placed under public administration.
- offer products/services that are comprised by the system at the time of qualification.
- submit full application for qualification, i.e Sellihca online questionnaire and supporting documentation.
- enclose a copy of the latest version of the Certificate of Incorporation.
- have paid the annual qualification fee ranging from NOK 3900 to NOK 7900 excl. VAT.
- The Swedish nuclear utilities Ringhals AB, Barsebäck, Forsmark Kraftgrupp AB and OKG AB have established extended pre-qualification requirements regarding language, personnel skills, drug tests, insurances etc for service and works contracts. Completing the qualification material:
The qualification material consists of an internet based questionnaire where details of your business and products and services are filled in. A standard declaration are to be signed and returned by mail. Evidence of formal registration of your company (Copy of Certificate of Incorporation) and possible QA certificates must also be submitted.
Note! Suppliers who have got their user name and password from Achilles can log in at / to complete the registration.

From the date you sign up you will have 1 month to complete your application and return it to the co-ordination unit Sellihca.

Qualification:
Upon receipt of the completed qualification material, Sellihca Qualification will start the qualification process, provided all the required documentation has been submitted. If elements of the application are not to hand, our qualification team will send you a written notification so that missing elements may be sent in. The information is evaluated on the basis of standard criteria set forth by the subscribing utilities. Changes in the information are only made upon the suppliers written consent. All information is treated confidentially. You will receive written notification of the result of the qualification process.

Exporting data to the buyers:
Suppliers who achieve qualification in Sellihca are made available to all the subscribing companies. The qualification system is available on the internet, ensuring regular and frequent updates and availability also for projects that are operated outside of the utility.

Update Requirements:
To maintain continuous qualification, the supplier must as a minimum perform an annual update. An invitation to update the registration is forwarded automatically in due time before the supplier's qualification expires. At the annual update the information entered the previous year is naturally included in the questionnaire so that it is only a matter of editing the registration.

The product and service categories of the qualification system are included in the internet based questionnaire where they play a natural part in the registration of products and services.

In 2010 Sellihca introduced a new/extra system for product and service categories named AUCS (Achilles Utility Coding Structure). This means that at your annual update, when you access the Sellihca Online Questionnaire, your company will also need to choose products and services in AUCS. In the questionnaire you will see that we have suggested some new categories in AUCS based on those that you chose at your last update. Some categories will also require you to enter keywords. This change was decided on by all the utility companies using Sellihca and the purpose of the change is:
- so that all Achilles pre-qualification systems within the energy sector now have the same category structure, which makes it possible for the user (buyer) to search in more than one system at the same time.
- to get a more precise category system (the new system contains keywords)
- to get an updated category system with new categories within new energy types, like salt, sun and wave motion power etc.
We know that the change will need you to do a little extra work, but the value for you as a supplier is that you present your company’s products and services in more detail which benefits both the buyers and your company in the long run.
