TransQ is an online supplier information system for Nordic transport organisations. The participating utilities use TransQ to source the information they need for selecting suppliers and also to have checked and verified information of their existing suppliers.

Step 1: register in TransQ
Apply for qualification in TransQ by filling in and send in the order form. Then prepay the qualification fee according to the instructions in the form. A qualification means that the suppliers comply with the common basic requirements. Participating organizations may also introduce further requirements.

Step 2: fill in the online questionnaire
When Achilles received your application and payment, you will get information on how to access the online questionnaire. The questionnaire contains general and more profound information about the range of goods and services. When you have completed the questionnaire you should return it to TransQ together with a copy of the company’s Certificate of Incorporation, issued by a public registry office, and a declaration from your managing director or equivalent, confirming the accuracy of the stated information. You will have one month to complete the form and send it to Achilles with your attached documents for processing.

Step 3: Verification by Achilles
When Achilles recieved the questionnair, the prepayment and the documents we handle your application. All information will be validated to meet the set qualification criteria of TransQ. You will be contacted if any amendments are recommended to improve the quality of your information or if any information is lacking.
The verification lasts approximately 2 – 3 weeks but it can vary depending in how much information the application contains, how much work we have and how fast we receive a complete application. All information, data and documents that belongs to your registration with TransQ remains with Achilles and is treated confidentially. As soon as the verification is done you will be sent a message of the results and certificate confirming your successful pre-qualification.
Step 4: Information is available and select
As soon as your organization is qualified, all purchasers at the subscribing utilities can access your information. All information will be available through a web based search program, which enables regularly and close updates. The buyers and purchasers will make selections based on your stated information. A list will be created summarizing suppliers who will receive an inquiry data.
If the participating utilities comply with EU directives concerning public procurement in the utility sectors the criteria have to be objective and non-discriminating. If they use TransQ the selection can be done without previous announcement according to the regulations.

Step 5: Updating
The qualification is valid for 12 months and must be renewed before the end of the period. Your annual renewal questionnaire pack is automatically sent to you before the 12 months have expired. Your previous information will of course be included. Some participating organizations may require that the supplier has to be qualified in TransQ the whole time during the agreement.
Qualified suppliers can at any time during the qualification period update their information. The contact information may be updated without any charge at any time and the qualification payment includes one free update during the qualification period.
