The Norwegian Construction Industry Association, (Byggenæringen landsforening, BNL), have established a common qualification arrangement StartBANK for the construction industry. This arrangement originated from a pilot project called "Seriousness in the Construction Industry". The development of this qualification system has been carried out in co-operation with the Norwegian authorities.
