Before we can start with the pre-qualification (commercial verification level 1) you have to complete an application form. Please select the application form of the sector that you are supplying to.
You register with connexio if you supply the utility sector in Western, Eastern and Central Europe. You register with connvenio if you supply the public transport companies in Germany Achilles will confirm your registration. Achilles verifies your questionnaire and other proofs.  As soon as we (Achiles) received the relevant data and the payment of the annual fee, Achilles will start with the pre-qualification process (commercial verification level 1). Achilles sends you a feedback- the result of the verification.
The buying organisations even if itis a connexio or a connvenio member will have access to your detailed questionnaire if your company is successfully pre-qualified. From this day your company can be contacted for further information or enquiries .

9. What does”pre-qualification” mean?

On behalf of the utilities we verify all suppliers – regardless of a current tender. The verification / pre-qualification (level 1) is based on certain (also known as pre-qualification criteria) that the utilities had set up (not Achilles) and that are included in the supplier questionnaire.
The result: Each supplier that completes the supplier questionnaire and complies with the pre-qualification criteria (level 1) gets the status “pre-qualified”.

10. What is the content of the supplier questionnaire?

The content of the supplier questionnaire is defined by the buying organisations (not defined by Achilles). They reserve the right to adjust the content to their needs. 12. What happens if I cannot meet the deadline?

Achilles cannot extend deadlines as every supplier has the same deadlines (Achilles has to treat every supplier equally).
However, Achilles sends you reminders so that you can still meet the deadlines. We can only start with the verification (pre-qualification) once we received your material (completed questionnaire AND additional documents) and the payment of the annual fee.  – As long as we have not received your material and payment your status is “registered”. The opportunity to be registered as a "pre-qualified" supplier for a longer period of time depends on the date we receive your material and consequently the date of the successful pre-qualification.
