How many supplier questionnaires have you already completed?
Probably you have already completed several different supplier questionnaires for a number of utilities. And you must have noticed that none of those questionnaires were roughly identical. We know how much work it is to complete a questionnaire for every single utility and how much effort it is to demonstrate that your company complies with all those different requirements. However the utilities also had to spend a lot of time to verify your answers.
It's different with Connexio
Connexio is an online supplier information system (supplier database) that Achilles Central Europe operates on behalf of its customers, the procurement of utilities in Germany, Eastern and Central Europe. All organisations supplying the utilities with products and/or services are registered with Connexio and complete only one single online-questionnaire. Once the online questionnaire is completed every organisation has the opportunity to become a pre-qualified supplier for all utilities at once.
The buyers use Connexio to identify potential suppliers supplying appropriate products and/or services, qualify suppliers and maintain specific information about suppliers. Hence only organisations that supply the the utilities or want to supply the utilities can register with Connexio.
Connexio and EU Procurement Legislation
Our customers are subject to the EU procurement legislation. Therefore we designed Connexio to meet with the strict EU legislation. Hence the utilities can use Connexio as a qualification system according to EU procurement legislation. You can be sure that the selection of suppliers is fair and not discriminating.
