When Achilles was first established in 1990, its focus was firmly on the oil and gas sector. Since then, its vision has expanded to embrace the construction, information communications technology (ICT), mining, pharmaceutical, public sector, transport and utilities industries.
The services offered by Achilles are very flexible and lend themselves to adaptation – working with industry-wide steering groups – to just about any sector.
Achilles Central and Eastern Europe
The Central and Eastern European region was founded in 2005 in Germany and the region has the highest growth rates in the Achilles Group. In 2007 the region was extended with an office in Slovakia. For 2008/2009 a further three countries are planned.
The customers are currently the utilities in Germany, Eastern and Central Europe and organisations operating in the public transport sector.
