To register in REGIC you will have to apply through the application form online and pay the annual fee. Once we have received your application and confirmed your payment, a password will be sent to you, which will give you access to a list of question for you to answer.
You will have to provide detailed information about your company (human, material and economic resources) and also about the products or services that you offer. The system has a Code of Products and Services through which you will have to classify your products and/or services.
Once Aquiles has the information about your company and the documentation questions will be verified and answers validated. To end the process, you will be notified the result of it, declaring the products and/or services for which your company has been registered, and the period that your registration will last. The updating will be notified automatically every year, before deadline. In any case, you can update your registration any time as it best fits you, with no need of waiting for the notification.
Once your company has been registered, your information will be added to REGIC system, to which the Participant Companies have access. Thus, your company will be seen through the different mechanisms featured by the system.
