TSMS provides a total view of your supply chain risk and maintains the quality of supplier information across your entire supplier network and back-office systems. It is a service unique to each organization, but links to the community SMS.

The main steps in TSMS are:

1. Collect and update supplier information for all your existing and
           potential suppliers, via your website.
2. Validate supplier data to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplication.
3. Assign a risk level to each supplier according to your risk assignment.
4. Full interface with your ERP, for critical information.
5. Create a unique supplier ID.
6. Provide a single global view of your suppliers.
7. Provide additional information about your key suppliers.
8. Deliver a modular solution, with additional services as required.

If you are interested in TSMS, then a first step will be to go through the TSMS Template with you (see document below). This template contains the basic questionnaire, inserts the additional questions you require for your suppliers, defines the required interface with your ERP, defines the look and feel of the website access interface for suppliers, and defines the risk model calculation for your organisation.
